We collect only the information needed to operate your Vigil account: your email, your MT5 account numbers, and billing details required to process payment. We do not collect your broker password and never request withdrawal access.

Your data is used to provision your license, configure your VPS, deliver support, and send service communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.

Vigil grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Vigil Expert Advisor for the MT5 account numbers registered to your subscription. Licenses may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

Subscriptions renew according to the plan you selected and may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases for the registered accounts.

We may update the software and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Trading leveraged products such as gold (XAUUSD) carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
